We offer practical support services to help fanau navigate everyday challenges, including cultural support, Drive My Life, Work and Income support, and other internal and external programmes. Whether you need help understanding what you’re eligible for, filling out forms, making a plan, or getting connected to the right services, we’ll walk alongside you with respect, care, and no judgement.



Work & Income Services
Work and Income (MSD) run a weekly clinic at PIACT.
Come in for help with payments, forms, questions and to help you understand what you may be eligible for.
Wednesdays, 10:00am–12:15pm.

Drive My Life
Drive My Life (with Southern REAP) helps you get your driver licence. We’ll support you with the written test and the driving test — step by step, at your pace.

Financial Mentor
We have a Financial Practitioner at PIACT who offers a confidential space to talk about money, debt and financial wellbeing.
Whether you are facing a financial crisis or want to increase your knowledge, they will work alongside individuals and families.

Cultural Services
We support community-based cultural programmes, such as Samoan, Cook Island, and Tongan Language Weeks. Our focus is on building cultural pride and participation.
Community Linkage Worker
Links the Pacific Island community into appropriate agencies and services required.
Works alongside the Pacific Island nurses to support, advocate, and empower for the betterment of their wellbeing.
Promotes health initiatives within the community—such as Pepi pods, National Bowel Screening, and Cervical screening.
